What's happening
A small internal metal plate may have come unglued. This plate is designed to keep the Receiver flat and stable on a surface. This does not affect the performance of your system — Phase will continue to work normally.
How to get it fixed
Get in touch with the team using the button below and attach a short video showing the rattling. Once confirmed, Phase will organize the return, cover shipping fees, reglue the plate, and send the Receiver back to you.
