Follow these steps every time you play with Phase, especially in a new venue.
Before you play
- Make sure both Remotes are fully charged before the gig.
- After soundcheck, place the Remotes back in the Receiver dock to top up the battery.
- When you take the Remotes out to play, place them on a flat, still surface. Wait for the LED to turn solid before using them.
- Run a manual calibration in Phase Manager just before your first track for the best possible accuracy.
If the accuracy feels off
Radio interference from the venue can disrupt the connection between the Remotes and the Receiver. Here is what to try:
- Re-link the Remotes to the Receiver. This assigns new radio channels and may resolve the interference.
- Move the Receiver as close to the Remotes as possible. Avoid placing metal objects between them.
- Enable Radio Boost in Phase Manager (Settings > Advanced Settings) to increase the transmission power of the Remotes.
