Symptom and description

If your Receiver’s LEDs remain dark when you plug the USB cable to a power source, it means the Phase unit may have a power issue. The Remotes won’t turn on either and won’t charge.

Issue resolution

Check the following directions to pinpoint the issue and confirm you have a defective Phase Receiver.

  • Make sure that your USB cable is not defective by connecting Phase with a different USB cable.
  • If you are using the USB port of a computer, try to power the Phase from a wall outlet with a brick charger (5V/500mA minimum). If it turns on with this method, your Phase is functional, but the USB power source isn’t powerful enough for Phase. You may want to try and power the Phase from another source, such as powered USB hub.

If you tried the above directions but the Phase remains off, please get in touch with us by filling the contact form below. If your inquiry is legitimate, we will repair or exchange the Phase for a new one and cover the shipping fees. In order to process your inquiry more efficiently, please attach a video file showing that the Phase remains off when you power it through a wall outlet with a brick charger.
