Linking assigns each Remote to a deck (A or B). It takes a few seconds and only needs to be redone if you change your setup or re-pair your Remotes.
How to link the Remotes
- Place both Remotes in the Receiver docks.
- Long-press the A button for 3 seconds to link Remote A. Repeat with the B button for Remote B.
- The LED strip will flash during the process. When the LED strip color and the setup button color match, the Remote is linked.

What to expect
Once taken out of the Receiver, the setup button turns white while the LED strip keeps its color. This is normal: the button is always white when the dock is empty.

If you link another Remote to the same deck, the currently linked Remote's LED will briefly flash red then turn white. A white LED always means the Remote is not linked to any Receiver.

If a Remote is in the dock but has not been linked yet, Phase Manager will show it as "Disconnected". Long-press the A or B button to link it and the status will update.
Common Issues
The Remote is linked but stays stuck on "Calibrating"
Place the Remote on a flat, still surface and wait for the LEDs to turn solid. If it keeps happening, see the dedicated troubleshooting guide.
The A or B button responds with difficulty or not at all
Try pressing the button firmly and holding for at least 3 seconds. If the issue persists, get in touch with the team.
A Remote is not detected in the dock
Check the pins on both sides. On the Remote, look for a missing gold contact on the bottom: it will appear as a small black hole instead of a gold pin. On the Receiver dock, check if a pin is stuck down and not protruding like the others. If you spot either issue, send a photo to the team.
