Phase Manager is the companion app for Phase Essential. It is used to update your hardware, configure your setup, and personalize your Remotes. Download it below, then follow the full first-time setup guide on the Phase website: phasedj.com/configuration.

Compatible with macOS 10.12 and higher (including M1 and M2) and Windows 10 and higher.

What Phase Manager does

• Update: keep the Receiver and Remotes on the latest firmware for optimal performance and compatibility.
• Configuration: select the DVS timecode signal matching your DJ software (Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor, Virtual DJ, djay Pro) and set the RPM to match your turntables (33, 45, or 78).
• Color Choice: customize the LED color of each Remote and the Receiver to match your setup.
• Calibration: run a manual calibration to sync the Remotes precisely with your turntable speed.
• Advanced Settings: adjust the Remote auto-shutdown timer or reset a component to factory settings...

Common Issues

Phase Manager does not open (loading screen stuck)
Disable your VPN or firewall and try again. If the issue persists, fully uninstall Phase Manager and reinstall the latest version. Still stuck? We have a dedicated article for this.

Phase not detected by Phase Manager
Try a different USB cable and a different USB port directly on your computer (avoid mixer USB ports). Quit and relaunch Phase Manager. On Windows: open Device Manager > USB controllers > right-click Phase > Update driver > select WinUSB. Still not working? Full step-by-step guide here.

Firmware update fails or crashes
Unplug and replug the Receiver, then try again. Use a different USB cable or port. On Windows, make sure the WinUSB driver is installed (see above). Still failing? See all the options.

Confirmation email not received after account creation
Check your Spam and Junk folders. The confirmation email is sent from the Phase account system and may be filtered automatically.

"Member not found with given credentials" error when signing in
This usually means the email or password entered does not match a Phase Manager account. Note that Phase Manager and the phasedj.com website use separate systems: an account created on the website will not work in Phase Manager. Make sure you are using the credentials created directly inside Phase Manager.
