You may notice that your Phase Remote isn't properly detected, or doesn't charge properly when you plug your Receiver to the laptop. In this case, the PIN connectors of your Phase Receiver may be defectived
Issue resolution
If you’re facing this issue, your Receiver needs to be exchanged, so we’re going to bring it back and cover the shipping expenses. Use the form below to get in touch with us. Attaching a photo/video showing that a PIN connector is defective will help the support team solve the problem quicker. We will then get your Receiver back to exchange it, and we will cover the shipping fees.
