Additional Best Practices:
To optimize the setup and performance of Phase Essential, consider the following best practices:
- Position the Receiver as close as possible to the Remotes to ensure a strong and stable signal.
- Avoid placing any objects between the Receiver and Remotes, as they could disrupt the radio transmission.
Frequently Asked Questions:
-I can't find the WIR option / The WIR mode doesn't appear
(only available on Serato DJ Pro, Virtual Dj, djay PRO)
If you've set everything up correctly, and can't see the WIR mode, please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Phase Firmware and the DJ software, and also make sure that the DVS option is unlocked in your DJ software.
-Everything is set-up but I can't control the tracks on my DJ Software
Your Remotes may not be linked to the Receiver.
Please make sure that your Remotes are linked by placing them in the Receiver, long-pressing (3 seconds) the setup buttons A/B until they blink. Then put them back your your turntables.
-The audio quality sounds bad or distorted
This might be cause by a wrong connection. Make sure that the RCA cables are plugged in the LINE input of your mixer or soundcard and the input selector is set accordingly.
